Exchanges, Returns, or Refunds
All sales are final however, exchanges, returns, or refunds may be issued in special circumstances - you must request a refund in writing within 3 days of receipt to shop@wassermanprojects.com and our team will assess your request. Please allow 5-7 business days for confirmation and additional turnaround time to process approved returns. Please feel free to contact us for any return questions at shop@wassermanprojects.com.
Damages and issues
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments. Customers are responsible for paying additional shipping and handling fees to have the order re-shipped, if available. The buyer assumes all responsibility for claims made with the shipping carrier. Shipping times are estimated, and are not guaranteed. We cannot guarantee arrival dates once your package is in the possession of the carrier.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Wasserman Works is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
