Manifold Vase

Manifold is a hand-finished, slip casted porcelain vase. Its form was inspired by the agricultural irrigation where our food and flowers are grown. Following principals of ikebana, the art of Japanese flower arrangement, the three openings guide beautiful simple compositions.

Joe Parr is a designer working both independently and commercially, applying thoughtful character to furniture, objects, products, and environments. Seeking to uncover the hidden forces of our behaviors and perspectives, his designs reveal new human sensibilities through form, use, and invention. He holds a MFA from Cranbrook Academy of Art and, in 2020, was recognized by Wallpaper* Magazine in their Next Generation issue for Design.
